Black Miseducation

Have just joined the network and I am very happy to be here.
I'm taking this opportunity to post an article I found on Sunday published in a Jamaican paper called the "Observer". It was an incredulous article, written by a black man named Michael Dingwall. It is a prime example of how socialization under the slave plantation system, colonialism etc still exists and is spewed from the minds and actions of descendants of Africans today.
When I read it I wondered if the writer was for real. He is. Completely mis educated. And more. In his position as a columnist for a prominent newspaper in a country whose population is 90-95% African his article misinforms and reinforces supremacist thoughts and values that some segments of the population have not fully or substantially expunged from their minds.
